We are Investors just like you!

Red Dirt Lending, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Mull Corporation owned and operated by the McLain family.  We are natives to Oklahoma City with no plans to leave.  People often ask us what Mull means.  “Mull” is an island off of the West coast of Scotland where the McLain clan originated and since we’re a family company the name suited us nicely.  RT, Rich, Mike, and Scott McLain are the principals.

In a separate legal entity, we are and have been HomeVestors franchisees (the “We Buy Ugly Houses” people) for over four years.  We have had the good fortune to purchase over three hundred residential properties in central Oklahoma.  Some of those properties have been kept for our rental portfolio, some have been sold to end-users, and still others have been sold to investors.

This unique experience allowed us to meet hundreds of investors over the years who shared a common concern…quick and reliable access to money!  Our group decided the best way to make an impact on the local residential investment community is to add what it needs most…CASH FOR DEALS! 

We believe we are particularly well qualified to not only quickly provide the hard money needed for your transaction, but also to advise you on the likely profitability of your opportunity given our own experiences.
